The article describes the inflow turbines as reliable, productive, small-sized drives for various units and devices. practice of manufacturing using turbine stages sets out goal increasing efficiency, simplifying technology reducing cost stages. Increasing efficiency requires solving problems improving flow part calculating optimal geometry operating modes impeller flow. A significant low-consumption is partial, which leads to additional losses. use fanless reduces losses caused by partiality means design parameters. Such include with partial blading runner, have distinctive features compared conventional turbines. An innovative way improve these determine loss kinetic energy in nozzle runner ANSYS CFX package. geometric model constructed Design Modeler, a grid selected, boundary conditions are set. There shown dependences speed coefficients diaphragm range expansion stage πt =1,5÷2,5, admission intensity 0,059÷1. As result approximation, empirical obtained that take into account influence degree on runner. resulting indispensable modeling an turbine.
